Getting Started
You will take the first step towards healing your nervous system by completing your Dunkin NeuroMap™ assessment. This assessment helps identify how your nervous system is currently functioning and where treatment should begin.
Every part of this program is designed to help you move forward in a structured and intentional way. Instead of guessing what to work on first, your NeuroMap™ helps guide the process.
Why We Start With Mapping
Many people enter therapy feeling stuck or unsure why progress feels inconsistent. This often happens when treatment begins without a clear understanding of how the nervous system is functioning.
The Dunkin NeuroMap™ helps change that by identifying:
• Where your nervous system may be under stress
• Which areas may need stabilization first
• How treatment should be sequenced
• How progress will be measured over time
This allows therapy to follow a clear direction instead of trial and error.
The assessment takes about 30–60 minutes and should be completed in one sitting.
Answer based on how things have felt recently. There are no right or wrong answers.
This is not a diagnosis. It is simply a tool designed to help guide treatment so your healing process can be more effective and organized.
Your results will be reviewed with you during your consultation and used to guide your treatment plan.
Before You Begin Your Dunkin NeuroMap™ Assessment
