Alina Martin is passionate about creating structure and systems that help people thrive. With a background in substance abuse counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, she brings a unique perspective to her role in operations and administration.
Her experience working directly with individuals in recovery shaped her understanding of what truly matters, compassion, clarity, and consistency, which now guides how she builds processes that support both clients and teams.
Outside of work, Alina is a proud wife of 20 years, mom to five amazing kids, and a grandmother who loves capturing life’s beautiful moments through photography. She believes in faith, family, and the power of resilience, and she strives to bring those values into everything she does.
